Our Ultimate Strength Green Tea helps build your metabolism, lowers cholesterol and also helps to reduce stress and build energy. Green Tea is unlike other teas because the leaves have not been fermented. These tablets contain concentrated Green Tea extract.

Rich in polyphenols which have powerful antioxidant properties each tablet contains the equivalent of 1000mg powdered green tea.

Each tablet provides on average 200mg of Green Tea 5:1 Extract, equivalent to 1000mg of Green Tea, standardised to contain 40% Catechins, the active constituent of Green Tea.

Take one tablet a day, with an evening meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
