Here are all the legal bits - sorry we have to have them and that they have to be written this way. But they are here to protect both you, the customer, and us, the Supplier.
These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this Website.
Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please contact our Customer Care team by e-mail, or call us on 01527 461231 between 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Please note that all calls to our Customer Care team will be charged at the local rate (BT users only, other network charges may vary) and will be recorded for quality monitoring and training purposes).

Prices Back to top
The prices payable for the Products that you order are clearly set out on the Site. If, by mistake, LifestylesatHome has under-priced a Product LifestylesatHome will not be liable to supply that Product to you at the stated price, provided that LifestylesatHome notifies you before LifestylesatHome dispatches the Product concerned. All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated.

The price of the Products on the site exclude the delivery charge to the UK mainland which are:
- Standard delivery is free for orders over £50, or £5.95 per order for orders under £50.

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. Please note that we can only deliver products within the United Kingdom Mainland (excluding the Channel Islands). We aim to dispatch all orders (subject to availability) 7- 10 days from receipt of your order and all goods should be delivered within 21 days, but Lifestyles shall not be liable for loss resulting from delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond its control. In the unlikely event that there is any delay, we will advise you accordingly.
Cancellation Back to top
Unless the Products are perishable or personalised for you, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after the day following the delivery of the Products by contacting us on 01527 461231, or e-mail the Customer Care team on [email protected]
In the event that the Product has already been despatched at the date of receipt of your cancellation of the order you must return the Product to LifestylesatHome and LifestylesatHome will credit your credit or debit card with the price of the Product to you immediately upon receipt of the goods. If you do not return the Products within 30 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted them. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns Back to top
If you are returning a Product because of an error on the part of LifestylesatHome or because it is faulty, you must contact LifestylesatHome in advance and LifestylesatHome will refund your cost of returning the Product. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges. Contact us on 01527 461231, or e-mail the Customer Care team on [email protected]
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning a Product or otherwise obtain a Post Office proof of posting or insurance to cover the value of the unwanted Products. Please be aware that the recorded delivery service you use may not cover the total value of your goods if they are lost in transit. It is your responsibility to check this. As stated above, you will be responsible for the costs of returning any Products unless they have been delivered to you in error or the Product is faulty.
In addition to your right to cancel above, Lifestyles will accept most returned Products within 7 days of receipt as long as they are unworn, unused and in their original packaging.

You can pay by pounds sterling with Mastercard or Visa credit card, Maestro or debit card. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to avoid the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order.

To the extent permitted by law, the LifestylesatHome Site is provided without any warranties or guarantees. In particular, we do not warrant that the LifestylesatHome Site or any of its contents is virus free. You must take your own precautions in this respect as we accept no responsibility for any infection by virus or other contamination or by anything which has destructive properties. Although we will do our best to provide constant, uninterrupted access to the LifestylesatHome Site, we do not guarantee this. We accept no responsibility or liability for any interruption or delay.
LifestylesatHome confirms that every effort has been made to ensure that material included on the LifestylesatHome Site is correct and that the Products offered are of good quality, but cannot accept responsibility if this is not the case and, as stated above, we disclaim all liability in respect of the Products.
To the full extent allowed by applicable law, you agree that Lifestyles will be liable to you for any consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to the LifestylesatHome Site.
If we are found to be liable to you, our liability (whether arising in negligence or otherwise) will not under any circumstances exceed the greater of (a) £500, or (b) an amount equal to the sums paid or payable by you in respect of the order to which such liability relates.

We respect the value of personal information provided by you and will only transfer this information on to the software host for the LifestylesatHome Site, our order processing centre and the credit card merchant service provider in order to facilitate your purchase.
Use of Material on the LifestylesatHome Website Back to top
For the purposes of this agreement, "material" means material including, without limitation, text, video, graphics and sound material, published on the LifestylesatHome Site.
You may download and print extracts from the material and make copies of these for your own personal and non-commercial use only. You are not allowed to download or print the material, or extracts from it, in a systematic or regular manner or otherwise so as to create a database in electronic or paper form comprising all or part of the material appearing on the LifestylesatHome Site.
You must not reproduce any part of the LifestylesatHome Site or the material or transmit it to or store it in any other website or disseminate any part of the material in any other form, unless we have indicated that you may do so.

We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time by posting revised terms and conditions on the site, which shall apply to all orders placed after such date.
Notices Back to top
All notices shall be given by e-mail to [email protected] or shall be given by e-mail to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide during the registration process. Notice will be deemed received 24 hours after e-mail is sent or three days after the date of posting.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction Back to top
This agreement is governed by English law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
