Ultimate Glucosamine Sulphate
Our Ultimate Glucosamine Sulphate is said to help ease joint discomfort and support the rebuild of lost cartlidge from day to day wear and tear. It is also believed to help alleviate the discomfort from joint health issues. Glucosamine is an amino sugar found in high concentrations in cartilage where it is an important precursor to glucosaminoglycans, a major component of joint cartilage. Glucosamine is not found in reasonable quantities in most diets, it is produced commercially from the shells of crustaceans such as shrimp and crabs. Supplementation with glucosamine may help to rebuild cartilage and aid conditions like joint problems or sports injuries.
Each tablet contains on average: 1500mg of Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCl providing 844mg of Glucosamine.
Allergy advice: Contains ingredients derived from crustaceans.
Directions: Take one capsule a day.
Ultimate Strength Turmeric
Our Ultimate Strength Turmeric will help ease the discomfort of older joints and has strong antioxidant properties to help build a stronger immune system. Turmeric is a member of the ginger family and grows in South East Asia. It is boiled and dried to make a powder which is used in curries and other dishes and it is used as a dye. Turmeric contains a polyphenol compound called Curcumin, and this substance is believed responsible for the biological benefits Turmeric provides. Turmeric can help reduce soreness and has antioxidant properties and may be used to reduce inflammation particularly in shoulder, knee and elbow joints. Studies have also reported significant beneficial effects after regular consumption by patients with joint health issues. Some animal studies have indicated that Turmeric may lower levels of the bad fats in our blood.
Turmeric is apparently able to increase the secretion of bile and liver enzymes
Each capsule provides on average 500mg of Turmeric
Directions: Take one to two capsules per day

Rich in the Omega 3 essential fatty acids EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) which contribute to the maintenance of normal blood pressure & triglyceride concentrations.
Each capsule provides on average 1000mg of Omega 3 Fish Oil providing 180mg of EPA and 120mg of DHA plus 10mg Vitamin E (83%*).
Directions: Take one capsule a day. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
