Shipping & Delivery

FREE Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is free on everything your order from the LifeStylesatHome website.

This is subject to availability and does not include NextDay Delivery, Express Delivery, or TwoDay Delivery. (see below) or heavy items marked with the heavyweight icon. Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 10 working days, but please allow 14-21 days for delivery. Please note that this is not a guaranteed date, as there are sometimes delays in the postal system that are beyond our control. Some items will be dispatched from our own warehouse within seven days, but other items will be sent to you directly by one of our specialist suppliers.

If you do need to contact us to check on the progress of your order please wait until 14 days after placing your order. Please call our Customer Care team on 0845 166 4274, or email customercare@lifestylesathome.co.uk, quoting your order number, and a member of the team will be happy to help.

NextDay Delivery £9.95

Some items can be delivered via NextDay Delivery. Order by telephone before midday and your order will be despatched the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

TwoDay Delivery £7.95

Some items can be delivered via Express Delivery. Order before midday for next day despatch - item would be delivered on the third working day, (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Delivery of Heavy items £6

The heavyweight symbol indicates that a special carrier charge is required to deliver a heavy or oversized item, between Monday and Friday only.

Just add £6 to the standard charge of £4.95.

There is no Express Delivery option available on heavy items.

Delivery address

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. Please note that the above prices apply to delivery of products within the United Kingdom Mainland only.
