Mondaine

Based in Zurich, Mondaine is an independent family-run Swiss watchmaker. Founded some 50 years ago by tailor Erwin Bernheim, the company is rooted in the fashion industry and has won numerous design awards over the years.

They made their name with the Official Swiss Railway Watch - a design based on Hans Hilfiker's 1940s classic clock. It has been selected as an outstanding example of 20th century design by the Design Museum in London. The company is now run by Ronnie and Andre Bernheim and is the name behind six leading watch brands.
